Dear United Credit Union Members, 

After careful consideration and to ensure the health and well-being of our members, employees, and communities we serve, we have made the decision to close our branch lobbies and leave our drive-throughs open beginning Monday, March 23rd. Lobbies will be accessible by appointment only. To make an appointment, please call 877.581.8651. Experts believe that if we all temporarily limit close personal contact with those outside our households, everyone will benefit as this precautionary step will slow down the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Branch drive-up facilities will be available during regular hours

Although this was not an easy decision, we felt it was the right decision to safeguard the health and well-being of our members and employees while still enabling us to continue to fulfill our mission of serving members. While we recognize that limiting in-person lobby services may be an inconvenience, please be assured that we will continue to offer 24/7 account access and services through our Mobile App and Online Banking. This allows members to check account balances, view transaction history, view checks, deposits, and deposited items, transfer funds between suffixes, owned, or jointly owned accounts, transfer loan payments, pay bills, and make mobile deposits. 

To allow our members access to more ATMs without worry of incurring fees, UCU will not be charging our members for withdrawals at non-UCU machines until further notice. Please note, this does not include the surcharge fee that the ATM owner may charge. Unfortunately, we are unable to control that fee. In addition, UCU will not be charging our members to make mobile deposits through the UCU online banking application. Normal holds and other restrictions will still be in place, but there will not be a fee imposed. 

Finally, UCU will not be performing shared branching transactions at any of our locations until further notice. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this causes shared branching participants but we feel we need to limit access of the credit union to our members only.
