Out with the old, in with the new! Coming 2023, United Credit Union will be upgrading your digital banking experience with an ALL NEW digital banking platform. This includes a new mobile app, a new online banking application and upgraded card controls! The new platform will be modern, sleek and above all, user-friendly! To prepare for this change, all we ask is that you update your contact information by following the instructions below.
To ensure our members experience a smooth transition to our new digital banking platform, we are asking everyone to make sure that the contact information they have on file with us, is up to date. To do so, please log-in to your account at www.unitedcu.org, go to "Member Options" and verify all of your contact information. To thank you for updating your information, we're hosting a cash prize drawing for one lucky individual to win $2,023! To be entered into the drawing, we ask that you send us a message from your account letting us know that you have updated your information online. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and cannot wait to launch this new platform!
