Betty Clark

| | Betty was hired at United as the Vice President in 1989 and promoted to Senior Vice President in 1992. She was then promoted to President in 2001, and serves in that capacity today. Betty is in charge of most of the fiscal operations at United. She previously worked at Commerce Bank as an Accounting Officer, Controller and Vice President of Operations. Betty has served as both Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for the Northeast Chapter of Credit Unions. She currently serves on the Missouri Credit Union Association (MCUA) Board of Directors and is the Vice President of the Executive Committee for the MCUA Board. Betty graduated from Northwest Missouri State University and Ursuline Academy in Louisville, Kentucky. |

| Janis has served United Credit Union in many capacities since 1980. Along with other daily operations, Janis supervises the member service and card service departments, the payroll/ach coordinator and the call center representatives. Janis is also in charge of Human Resources and oversees branch operations at United. Janis has served on the Northeast Chapter of Credit Unions as Secretary and At-Large Table Officer. She currently serves as the Treasurer. Janis attended Truman State University and graduated from Credit Union National Administration (CUNA) Management School in Wisconsin. She is also a graduate of Mexico Senior High School. | |

Donna Evans

| | Donna has been with the credit union since 1986, serving most of her years as a loan officer. Along with many other tasks, Donna oversees the daily loan operations, works closely with the collections officer and reviews real estate and home equity applications. Donna previously served as a teller before moving to the loan department. Donna has served the Northeast Chapter of Credit Unions as an At-Large Table Officer, Secretary and, most recently, as the Vice Chairperson. Donna recently graduated from CUNA Management School in Wisconsin. Donna graduated from Community R-VI High School in Laddonia, Missouri. |

| Jean has been with the credit union since 1976, including time with Mid-Missouri Refractories Credit Union before merging with Greenco Credit Union to form United. Jean currently manages our Vandalia Branch. Jean has served as Secretary, Vice-Chairperson and At-Large Table Officer of the Northeast Chapter of Credit Unions. Jean graduated from CUNA Management School in Wisconsin and graduated from Van Far High School in Vandalia, Missouri. | |

Kim Coughenour

| | Kim manages our Moberly Branch Operations. Kim has been at United since 1990, when we merged with Orscheln Federal Credit Union and opened our Moberly Branch. She has served as both Vice Chairperson and Chairperson for the Northeast Chapter of Credit Unions. Kim has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Truman State University, in Kirksville. She is also a graduate of Mexico Senior High School. |

| Jill has been with the credit union since 2001. She joined the credit union's team as the Collector and worked in that capacity until her promotion to the AVP of Branch Operations in late 2005. | Heather has been with the credit union since 1993, serving in several capacities, including teller and card service representative. Along with Marketing, Heather currently coordinatess Business Development, Training and is the Card Services Supervisor. Heather has previously served as the Vice-Chairperson for Northeast Chapter of Credit Unions and currently serves as the Chairperson. Heather serves as a co-chairperson for the Children's Miracle Network campaign. She also serves on the Audrain County United Way Committee and is the Chairperson of the Audrain County March of Dimes Committee. She graduated from the University of Missouri and Mexico Senior High School. | |

Along with accounting, Missy also takes care of computer support issues at the credit union. She also serves as a co-chairperson for the Children's Miracle Network at United. Missy is a graduate of Mexico Senior High School and previously worked at A.P. Green's in Mexico. |

| Tammy comes to United with several years experience in financial institutions. Before joining our team in early 2003, Tammy had been employed for 24 years at Commerce Bank in Mexico. She had served in the bookkeeping and teller departments and had been the Teller Supervisor for the past 10 years. Tammy has lived in Mexico all her life and is a graduate of Mexico Senior High School. | |
